Do you know what a weep hole is?
A weep hole is two or more small holes in your storm windows that allow water to escape and not sit on your windowsills. When working properly they will prevent the build up of water on your sills. These weep holes can be blocked by paint or over time debris and dust.
Easy fix is to check each window inside or out for their location and with a small knife or sharp tool clear the holes.
This is an easy prevention for what can be a very costly repair.
